Observation Station

Observation Station as 'Museum of St Mary's Allotments' Art Trail curated and organised by artist and curator Tammy Woodrow, in Leamington Spa during Warwickshire Heritage Open Days 2023.

Observation Station is a roving curatorial object. Modelled as an intersecting curiosity cabinet, art gallery white cube and weather station, and with porous walls, it is meant to reflect, absorb and be absorbed into its surroundings whilst also being an intervention. It doesn't demand to be visited like a gallery but goes to its audience where it undergoes some kind of reinvention by them.

Observation Station has previously been a part of Radio Public Art Festival on Dudley High St, 2022 and Library of Litter, 2021.
